Tandem completes assignment at Hunkemöller

Tandem supported the General Counsel and Board of Hunkemöller with the review and update of the governance structure. This involved the development of new Charters and Policies around Governance, Ethics and Compliance and the seting up of new committees. The project ran from August 2024 to December 2024.
