Tandem is Supporting Invesis in a Corporate Counsel Role

Tandem is supporting Invesis, a leading social infrastructure investor and joint venture of BAM and PGGM with the role of Corporate Counsel. This means support for Investment- and Shareholder meetings, updating the governance structure of the company and corporate advice in a broad sense. The project started in August 2023 and still runs today.
